Created in the silence and strength of the Serra da Mantiqueira mountain range, the paintings of Pachamanca They pulsate with serenity and, at the same time, dynamism. The abstract compositions of her artistic production lead to a meditative flow that calms and awakens the observer. "My canvases are silent oracles that communicate through sensations, colors, and symbols," defines the visionary artist. Pachamanca was born in Salvador (BA), where she graduated in administration and began a successful career. She lived in the United States and in the interior of São Paulo until, in 2009, she met Gonçalves and decided to give up a high and hectic standard of living to connect with the earth, the forest, and self-knowledge.
Cooking and drawing are passions and talents that Pachamanca inherited from her paternal grandmother and her mother, also an artist. In the city of Minas Gerais, she ventured into gastronomy and social work. She owned a restaurant and, later, created a free artistic space for children and teenagers in the city, outside of school hours. In this new phase, in her isolated studio surrounded by nature, Pachamanca creates each work from small circles that form a sinuous and continuous line that runs across the entire canvas. The earthy and pulsating tones – brown, ochre, terracotta, orange – fill the spaces defined by the initial line, giving new forms, movements and colors. "I seek a dialogue between ancestry and modernity, inviting a sensory, provocative and inspiring immersion," she says.

Several studios and galleries have recently opened, and alongside local artists, they have transformed the few streets of this small Minas Gerais town into an interesting itinerary of artistic interventions in different styles, techniques, and materials.
