The exposure With Love, Alcione This celebrates the extraordinary career of one of the greatest artists in Brazilian music. Throughout more than five decades, Alcione has built a magnificent body of work that transcends generations and occupies a unique place in the country's culture.
Conceived and produced by Vale Maranhão Cultural Center (CCVM)the exhibition arrives at Favela Museum on its first tour, bringing together more than 650 items from Alcione's personal collection — among rare photographs, videos, awards, costumes, and significant objects. With Love, Alcione invites the public to journey through moments in the singer's artistic and biographical trajectory, exploring themes such as family, faith, carnival, migration, and Black and Northeastern identities, highlighting how Alcione's trajectory dialogues with collective experiences and historical processes that constitute Brazilian culture.
