O Amazonian Women Artists Institute (IMAA) presents the exhibition Amazonians, offering the public a deep and vibrant journey through the cultural identity of the Amazon.
With the curatorship of Renata CostaThe group exhibition brings together 39 works by fifteen artists, exploring diverse languages such as visual arts, photography, textile art, installations, sculptures, and poetry.
The exhibition features works by visual artists, photographers, sculptors, textile artists, and poets, including: Andréa Noronha, Aracely Miranda, Ariany Machado, Cristina Gemaque, Maria Libonati, Milene Fonseca, Paula Guedes, Renata Costa, Rosana Uchôa, Rose Maiorana, and Rose White, as well as guests: Aline Coutinho, Francelino Mesquita, Jó Sales, and Osvaldo Gaia.
The works have already been seen by hundreds of people in just one month on display. The Correios Cultural Center in Rio de Janeiro is hosting several national exhibitions, and our artists from Pará are standing out in this scene.
The exhibition will have a Guided Tour with curator Renata Costa this Wednesday (04), providing a great opportunity for the public to learn in detail about the artists' entire creative process.
