Since 2016, the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP) has organized its programming around major thematic areas, such as Indigenous Histories (2023), LGBTQIA+ Histories (2024), and Histories of Ecology (2025). This year, the focus is on Latin American Histories; the notion of Latinity, so plural, becomes the central theme of a year-long series of exhibitions, culminating in a large, eponymous group show in September.
