Men am-ním is the approximate translation, in the language of the Krenak people, of the Portuguese word "Occupation" – in fact, the indigenous word is used to define a "conquered, occupied place," a territory "where I want to be to pass on knowledge." The original term could not be more appropriate to name the Ailton Krenak Occupation, which opened at Itaú Cultural, on Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo, on August 30.
